SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS: A REVIEW

Systemic lupus erythematosus is a multi-system disorder and is classified as a collagen disease or an auto-immune disorder. Its clinical manifestations are protean and it can mimic almost any disease. The American Rheumatism Association has laid down criteria for the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (see Table).
