µ-HEAVY CHAIN AND MONOCLONAL IgG K PARAPROTEINAEMIA IN SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS

We report the association of monoclonal µ-heavy chain and a monoclonal IgG K paraprotein in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). This association and the apparently benign nature of this biclonal gammopathy has not been previously reported.
