It is now one year since the new editorial team took charge. There have been considerable strides made towards achieving our key goal, which is to provide a high quality journal with rapid decision making and publication.

We received in excess of 800 submissions during the year, and we have achieved our target of making a first decision in 90% of cases within 6 weeks of submission, with the majority of submissions receiving a decision within 4 weeks.
