Major criteria

Minor criteria

Fever >39°C Sore throat
Arthralgias Lymphadenopathy or splenomegaly
Still's rash Hepatic dysfunction
Neutrophilic leucocytosis Negative RF and ANA

ANA, antinuclear antibody; RF, rheumatoid factor.
